Best STR conference in the UK bar none. The content was genuinely useful — no fluff, no vendor pitches. The SCALE With AI day was a standout, with practical sessions on dynamic pricing and automated guest comms that I’ve already started implementing. Great venue at The Corn Exchange too. Will be back next year.
